Pastor Brandon preaches and teaches the uncompromised Word of God, with a prophetic edge.  He loves to motivate and equip believers to dream big and fulfill their God given purpose in the earth.  His heart is to serve and to see others encounter Jesus. Brandon is husband to Kelly, and wonderful father of 3 children, Brandon II, Isaiah, and Danielle. 

Kelly has never met a stranger.  Her love for God and people is felt wherever she goes.  Her deep well of wisdom and faith are a vital part of the culture, both behind the scenes and on the frontline of Worship Life.  Her desire is to see the family unit within the body of Christ whole.  Pastor Kelly is an author, teacher,  and entrepreneur.  She is the loving wife to Brandon Roberson and amazing mother of Brandon II, Isaiah, and Danielle.  

AJ & Tiffany Mensah serve as the Directors of Crossover Youth Ministry at Worship Life Church, leading with vision, structure, and a passion to see youth encounter God and grow in their faith. They oversee curriculum, class flow, and team development to ensure that every young person experiences biblical truth in a way that is relevant. Their heart for discipleship and consistency helps build a strong foundation for the next generation.

Chavon and Lakiesha lead the Member Care team at Worship Life Church with warmth and dedication. They oversee the care for our members, facilitating care calls, benevolence, rest & recovery, and bereavement ensuring that everyone feels supported and valued within our church family. Their compassionate leadership ensures that the needs of our church family are met with kindness and grace.

Jadar and Mercedes Ervin lead the Outreach and Evangelism ministry at Worship Life Church, bringing years of experience in soul-winning and community impact. As ordained ministers and chaplains with over 15 years of leadership, they have faithfully served in the Alameda County Juvenile Justice Center and traveled the country equipping others in effective outreach. Their passion for evangelism and discipleship fuels their commitment to reaching the lost and sharing the love of Christ in tangible ways.

Tanya Tremble leads the intercessory prayer team of Worship Life Church, ensuring that everything we do is grounded in prayer. Her dedication to this vitally important ministry helps to establish a strong core foundation for our church, as she and the intercessory prayer team faithfully intercede for the needs of our church and global family.

Modest Watson oversees the Discipleship ministry at Worship Life Church, bringing years of teaching and training experience to equip believers in their spiritual growth. With a passion for seeing Christians mature in their faith, Modest is dedicated to guiding others in biblical truth and practical application. Her leadership helps foster a strong foundation of discipleship, ensuring that every believer is empowered to grow and walk fully in their God-given purpose.

Pastor Barry Rogers oversees the online e-church at Worship Life Church, ensuring that our digital e-church family experiences the same connection and guidance as those attending in person. We believe that there is no distance in the spirit, making online worship a powerful and meaningful experience for all.  Pastor Barry also provides pastoral counseling, offering support and wisdom to those within the WLC family.

Jerry Montgomery oversees coordinating the Sound and Media department at Worship Life Church, ensuring that every aspect of our worship experience is delivered with clarity and excellence. His expertise and dedication to coordinating the technical elements of our services help create an atmosphere where everyone can fully engage and connect with encountering the presence of God.
